What’s it all about?

Back in 2022, we launched our  ‘Pay It Forward: Share The Love’ campaign, to help us open up our events to those who would love to attend, but are quite simply priced out, so have never been able to.

Why? Because festivals aren’t cheap – especially weekend camping ones. They aren’t certainly aren’t cheap to produce and they aren’t cheap to attend. It’s not as simple as offering cut price tickets for folks on low incomes, because saving for a festival ticket will never be a priority when you can’t pay your rent or put food on the table at home. And it’s not just the tickets – there’s the travel, camping equipment, food and drink, it all adds up.

Since the initial launch, our amazing festival community have raised over £41,000, to open up the festival to those on low incomes who could not attend otherwise. 100% of funds raised go towards creating ‘full festival experiences’ – including entry tickets, transport to and from the festival, camping equipment for the weekend, and food and drink.

You can donate any amount, at any time, to the Pay It Forwards fund, by hitting the donate button below – it’s super quick and easy. You can also make a donation via our ticket page when purchasing your festival tickets, or by donating at our bars during the festival when you’re getting your drinks in. We know that not everybody is able to do this, so there’s absolutely no pressure if you’re feeling the pinch – but if you can spare so much as a few quid, it all adds up – and makes a HUGE difference – click here to read about the impacts this scheme had in 2023!

In 2024 we worked with Tickets for Good to open up applications to those in receipt of cost of living payments, thank you to everyone who donated and helped make this happen!
