Movement for Collective Dreaming is an inclusive movement workshop led by Pepa Ubera, an artist and performer originally from Madrid, based in London. With a background in choreography and interdisciplinary practices, Pepa’s work challenges social structures and explores how the body behaves in contemporary contexts. Accompanied by live music from exceptional musician Tommy Khosla, this workshop invites participants to explore somatic practices that include movement improvisation, visualisation, and collaborative processes to foster a deep awareness of our bodies, our connections with others, and our environment. The focus of the workshop is to engage with our bodies in a pleasurable way, nurturing both individual and collective well-being. No dance experience is required, just an openness to explore and connect.
