The Healing Meadow

Far from the madding crowds and over the lake bridge, awaits Shambala’s Healing Meadows.
Balance all the exuberant silliness with some stillness. Here our army of yogis, masseuses and experts will share ancient knowledge of yogic practice, tai chi and meditation. A whole host of workshops and talks will help you realign and relax – and why not treat yourself to incredible cakes, made fresh every day, at The Cake Hole?!
Activities in The Healing Meadow take place in The Yoga Space, The Meditation Space and The Meadow Garden.
